Registration & Payment Policy

To ensure a smooth online registration process and help us prepare the best experience for you, please review our payment guidelines below:

• Advance registration is required for all workshops and classes.

• Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Your spot is confirmed once payment has been received.

Payment Methods

• Full payment is required at the time of registration.

• We accept all major credit/debit card payments online through PayPal, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. No checks will be accepted.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Hearthstone Botanical Gardens reserves the right to make changes in classes, workshops, schedules, instructors, and cancel a class or workshop due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 6 days of the event are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future workshop (subject to availability).

• If a workshop is canceled by Hearthstone Botanical Gardens, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration.

• Cancellations must be made in writing by email and confirmed by Hearthstone Botanical Gardens to be valid. Phone cancellations are not accepted.

Transfers

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.

Confirmation

• Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with workshop details and any materials you may need to bring.
