Growing Together: Target Grant Supports New Projects at Hearthstone

We’re excited to share some wonderful news for Hearthstone Botanical Gardens!

Thanks to the support of Target and Krista Bedenbaugh, Yard Operations Manager at Target, Hearthstone Botanical Gardens has received a $1,000 grant to help bring two new projects to life in the Gardens.

We are incredibly grateful to Krista for her guidance throughout the grant process and to Target for investing in community spaces like ours. Support like this helps us continue creating a place where families can explore, learn, connect with nature, and make lasting memories together.

Coming Soon to the Gardens

This funding will help us create two fun new additions:

Air Bee ’n Bee Hotel

A special habitat designed to provide shelter for solitary bees and other beneficial pollinators that play an important role in keeping our gardens healthy and thriving.

Tire Caterpillar Play & Explore Area

A colorful, creative outdoor feature where children can climb, play, explore, and enjoy spending time in the Gardens.

We can’t wait to see these projects take shape and become part of the Hearthstone experience.
